What we collect

When you adopt a tree we collect your email address, the name you give your tree, and the words you choose for your bottle label. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers.

Who processes it

Stripe handles payments and stores the card. Supabase stores your adoption record and powers sign-in. Resend delivers your confirmation and seasonal grove updates. Each is a processor acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Your adoption record is kept for as long as your adoption is active, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can change the words on your label at any time from your dashboard. Write to info@yougrove.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted.
